  • Cellular NVS is a secure, web-based platform designed to give customers a near real-time and predictive view of mobile network coverage across New Zealand. Integrating directly with Spark and One NZ, it provides up-to-date visibility of coverage, outages and future maintenance.

  • The platform delivers near real-time updates fed directly from Spark and One NZ, ensuring users can monitor current network status as it evolves.

  • Emergency services and other organisations who send their teams out in the field to respond to safety or emergency events want to be sure their people can communicate.

    This service shows operational planners when and where coverage is available allowing them to plan and resource their operations with confidence to ensure their people will be able to communicate and get the information they need to stay safe and do their jobs.

  • It brings together data from Spark and One NZ (including Rural Connectivity Group sites) to cover all major cellular technologies (at present 4G and 5G).

  • SafetyNet is working with a small group of new customers to perfect the onboarding, billing and service management experience for new customers.

    When we are satisfied that the offering and experience is simple, robust and effective for new customers we will begin onboarding new customers in larger volumes. This is likely to be from early 2027.
